Annette Boyd Group Home serves up to sixteen severely emotionally disturbed girls ages thirteen to seventeen.
Residents attend public school and receive outpatient mental health services which include school, group and individual counseling, social skills training, youth development (instead of independent living) delete skill training, educational counseling, leisure and recreational activities, dentist/doctor appointments, home visits, and various activities/events.
The group home milieu emphasizes use of the Positive Peer Culture and community service projects to strengthen residents' ability to self-govern and help others.
