The Crossroads Program Blake House provides residential rehabilitation services to men and women who are recovering from chemical dependency.
The program consists of four homes with a total of 66 beds and 35 apartments with a total of 60 beds.
Within the program are eight apartments designed specifically for women in recovery living with their dependent school-aged children.
Services provided:
- Individual and group counseling
- Recreational
- Educational and vocational programs
- Peer support
- Monitoring of physical and emotional health
- Development of independent living skills
- Coordination with other service provider
Clients are encouraged to attend 12-step self-help programs, work on interpersonal relationships, and develop educational and vocational skills leading to employment and greater self-sufficiency.
