Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital was the first accredited rehabilitation hospital in the Midwest and today, they continue to redefine health care delivery for the lives of their patients.

Last year, nearly three-quarters of their inpatients re-entered their communities from their newly expanded, comprehensive Chicago rehabilitation hospital, located just three miles from Chicago's Loop.

After returning home, their patients continue to benefit from outpatient care.

Working with a wide range of partners, Schwab provides primary, acute, subacute and outpatient care to disabled people who live in the community.
