Lutheran Social Services of North Florida's mission is to develop, fund, implement, and administer new programs to address the unmet needs of the low-income residents of the community, the not-for-profit human service agencies that serve them with a special emphasis on housing for their residents that are experiencing homeless.

The primary purpose of the agency is to work with area agencies and funding sources to develop and implement programs to fill current gaps in the human services deliver system with an emphasis on housing for the homeless.
