My daughter, Kiera Mullins has been diagnosed with major depression, PTSD, anxiety disorder and has majority of symptoms of borderline personality disorder. She needs to have some housing that helps with life skills and that provides her with more help than what we can provide. She is 18 is on Medicaid.
