Hi! I am helping my friend look into retirement living for their dad. They are trying to get an idea of what they need to/have the budget for in terms of monthly rent, possible future care, deposits, etc… Since they are just learning about retirement living and its many options, if you could please help them narrow down the places they might tour with/talk to more with some information first that’d be great. Some specific things they want to know about: The range in price they can expect to pay depending on the apartment type (size, views, special features, The range in care they might have to budget for if their dad’s care needs change from independent to assisted living to possible memory care. What kind of services are included/cost additionally in the rent? (Housekeeping, laundry, meals, etc) Amenities such as dining areas, gyms, etc Thanks so much for your time, Kim
