Southside Group Homes is a fully licensed group home serving the Hampton roads area of Virginia.

They currently have one home located in Portsmouth, Virginia that can house up to 4 individuals.

Their goal is to provide individuals with a safe living environment that will foster growth, personal development, and happiness.

In order to accomplish this they seek to hire highly qualified staff that have experience working with not only individuals with intellectual disabilities but also individuals who require additional medical supports.

Their staff come from various backgrounds including:

• Registered Nurse
• Certified Nurse's Aide
• Personal Care Aide
• Emergency Medical Technician

All of their direct support staff have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

They are experienced in providing medical supports, and recognizing health issues before they become larger medical problems.
