The API Corporation supports of daily living can be provided in an individual's home, Community Homes and Shared Living for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Adult Day Activities provided in a center based and community options program.
Usually three to four people live together in a home where personal preferences are honored, input into decision making is encouraged, and forming supportive relationships is a main priority.
Trained staff provide direction/assistance in areas such as home management, personal care, leisure time activities, personal growth, and community involvement.
Supports are identified through a person centered planning process which involves the individual and those who know them best, including family, friends, and other supporters.
PAI currently staffs twenty six community homes throughout Lancaster County.
